The task of matching food and wine is in the capable hands of sommelier Marc Teuben.
Together they surprise and delight diners with some unusual as well as classic combinations for creating a well-balanced food-and-wine experience. Marc is also passionate in providing the right advice about their specific wines that have been selected to complement Ralf’s original style of cooking.
The cellars at La Source house more than 400 different wines, designed to create the right combination to go with Ralf’s creations.

Kevin & Ralf and their team are the people behind the exclusive Restaurant ‘La Source’.
‘La Source’ looks out over magnificent park-like gardens and the Hoge Kempen National Park.
In 2009, a quiet, relaxing lounge with open fire was added for guests to enjoy an aperitif or after-dinner drink. ‘La Source’ was also given a totally new, separate kitchen.

In the summer months, the extensive terraces at the restaurant enable guests to dine outdoors at lunch and dinner.
